2-Year Limited Warranty
Every DeGoogled NVIDIA SHIELD TV Pro is backed by a 2-year limited warranty. We stand by the quality of our custom-flashed hardware and the integrity of our software configurations.
What Is Covered
This warranty protects against defects in materials and workmanship, including:
- Hardware components affecting normal operation.
- Software issues specific to our pre-installed LineageOS firmware.
- Power adapters, remote controls, and included accessories.
What Is Not Covered
- Physical damage (drops, spills, or cracked casings).
- Unauthorized disassembling or third-party hardware repairs.
- Damage caused by unofficial software or "bricking" via unapproved root access.
- Power surge damage or use of incorrect voltage.
Filing a Claim
To initiate a claim, please follow these steps:
1 Reach out to support with your order number.
2 Provide a brief description and photos/video of the issue.
3 Follow our diagnostic instructions or return for inspection.
Lifetime Technical Support
Even after your 2-year hardware warranty expires, we provide free lifetime technical support. If you need help with configuration or privacy settings years down the road, our team is still here for you.
