Last updated: May 12, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing Degoogled, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. Our services involve the sale of custom-configured hardware and software solutions designed for privacy. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using this site or purchasing our products.

2. Product Nature & Modification

Our devices are custom-flashed with modified, open-source software. By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

  • Software configurations may differ from "out-of-the-box" retail experiences.
  • User-initiated modifications beyond the provided setup may void technical support.
  • We are an independent entity and are not affiliated with Google, NVIDIA, or original hardware manufacturers.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

Note: While we strive for maximum privacy, no device can guarantee 100% anonymity against all forms of digital surveillance.

4. User Responsibilities

As a condition of your use, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information for billing and shipping.
  • Use the devices only for lawful, personal purposes.
  • Comply with all local regulations regarding the use of encryption and modified software.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Degoogled or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website or hardware.

6. Governing Law

Any claim relating to Degoogled shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
